XC Electronics (Shenzhen) Corp. Ltd is a leading industrial manufacturer that develops and manufactures all kinds of fuse and thermostat since 2002. The Hong Kong company named XGH ELETRIC COMPANY was founded in 1998. The products ranges miniature fuses, micro fuses, SMD fuses, power fuse, plug fuse, high voltage fuse, blade fuse, fuse holders, thermostat and thermal sensors for circuit protection and thermal protection solutions that are widely used in powers, household appliances, lightings, batteries, new energy resources, automotive equipment, communications devices and computers.

Our vertically integrated manufacturing facilities are certified to TS16949, ISO9001, and ISO14001 standards. We are committed to environmental responsibility, ensuring all our products are lead-free and fully comply with RoHS, REACH, and other major international regulations. Our products carry extensive certifications from CCC, VDE, cULus, PSE, KC, TÜV, CQC, and more.

At the heart of our success is a dedicated R&D team of over 30 experienced engineers, each with more than five years of expertise in the field. 1996Year

Establish SHENZHEN XGH ELECTRONICS COMPANY.

1998Year

Establish XGH ELECTRIC COMPANY in Hongkong.

2002Year

Found factory of XC Electronics（Shenzhen）Co.,Ltd.

2004Year

Achieved ISO9001:2000.

2005 Year

Developed the core of our product by ourself; introduce K3 ERP system.

2006 Year

Introduce automatic welding equipment.

2007 Year

Total input the products Compliant RoHS.

2008 Year

Access to hi-tech enterprise certification.

2009 Year

Achieved TS16949; Got the certificate of utility model patent of LED auto fuse.

2010 Year

Automatic assemble machine patent for Micro fuse and the certificate of patent of Micro fuse; Contacts riveting machine patent.

2011 Year

Achieved ISO 14000 environment management system; Automatic bimetal chips forming machine patent; Got VDE testing and certification institute as registered manufacturer’s laboratory; 2T/2F series fuse has obtained VDE certification, is the world's first company to obtain 250V VDE certification fuse manufacturer for this kind of fuse.

2012 Year

Fuse annual output exceeded 600 million.

2013Year

Succeeded in developing the automatic-welding-machine of micro fuse; Achieved national high-tech enterprise certification.

2014 Year

Succeded in developing the full automatic-sand-filling-machine; Developed successfully for automatic-center-welding-machine; Developed successfully for explosion-proof fuse for smart phone.

2015 Year

Succeeded in developing SMD fuse of 2410 and also achieved the cULus certification; Implemented integrating system management.

2016 Year

Built 50,000 square meters industrial park in Huizhou.

2017 Year

Informatization and data management; The annual output of fuse exceeded 1 billion.

2018 Year

10FV high voltage fuse production line established; Chairman Huang Qibo was awarded "Shenzhen Excellent Party Affairs Worker".

2019 Year

Obtained the "safety production standardization" certificate issued by the State Work Safety Administration Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions awarded the honor of "Shenzhen May Day Labor Certificate“.

2021 Year

Expand and integrate the laboratory, re-upgrade the laboratory environment; Completed 14 projects of "cost reduction and efficiency improvement".

2022 Year

Awarded the title of "Specialized, Sophisticated, and Innovative SME in Shenzhen" by the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology.

2023 Year
