The function of the water temperature sensor is to convert the cooling water temperature into an electrical signal, which is input into the ECU and includes:
1. Correct fuel injection quantity; Increase the fuel injection rate when the temperature is low.
2. Correct ignition advance angle; Increase the ignition advance angle at low temperatures, and delay it at high temperatures to prevent detonation.
3. Affects the idle control valve; At low temperatures, the ECU controls the action of the idle control valve based on the water temperature sensing signal to increase the speed.
4. Affects the EGR valve;
